BMT provides world-class manufacturing capabilities and fabrication expertise to the medical device industry.  We specialize in complete fabrication of self-expanding (nitinol) and balloon-expanding stents, and a broad range of stent-like devices for emerging applications.  In-house fabrication capabilities include laser cutting, nitinol heat-treating and forming, electropolishing and other surface finishing, device characterization and device/material testing.  BMT is an ISO 13485 and ISO 9001-certified company.

In addition, BMT offers integrated design and development services for stents and stent-like devices.  Our engineering staff can rapidly develop designs from initial concept to clinical trial devices.  BMT’s customer base includes the full range of endeavors – from entrepeneurs with very-early-stage designs to large, established stent/device suppliers.  These companies rely on BMT because of our design expertise and our unique ability to rapidly make very-high-quality prototypes.  We consistently accelerate time-to-market timelines.
