    Nestled along the enchanting streets of Rue de la Faisanderie, a familiar aroma wafted through the air, catching the attention of passersby. Was it possible? Adobo in Paris? Yes, indeed: welcome to Adobo Paris!

    This Filipino-French fusion restaurant has become a sensation not only within the Filipino community but also among the French locals and other Europeans. The menu boasts a delightful array of Filipino favorites from sizzling sisig to rich kare-kare and, of course, the beloved adobo—the latter cooked in traditional Tarlac-style adobo that has captivated the palates of the French, often accompanied by a glass of fine wine.

    "I took on all kinds of jobs—babysitting, housekeeping—to save up and gain diverse experiences from other Parisian restaurants before realizing our dream," Tiru said.
